Nicely written position paper on preop care for cataract surgery. Addresses the most frequent questions (although actual study data is limited). Basically no tests, continue meds, and proceed in most cases unless recent MI,PCI,VTE,CVA,DKA, or HTN urgency. https://t.co/PLHm1LjhZg
