M-A: In patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, short duration of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) was comparable to de-escalation regarding all-cause death. De-escalation reduced the risk for adverse cardiovascular events, while short DAPT decreased major bleeding.
