Congrats to my good friend/colleague @BoNorrving for the TIMING study! Starting NOAC after stroke d/t AF <4 d is safe (no ICH) and = or better than 5-10 d. Registry-based, pragmatic, investigator led, PROBE design. High value = science first approach.
