In this prospective cohort of mTBI/concussion patients, CCHR, NOC and blood test GFAP/UCH-L1 were equally sensitive in detecting traumatic intracranial lesions on CT but CCHR had the highest specificity; GFAP combined with CCHR detected lesions best. https://t.co/hYwxg76uu8
